a drunk-looking new driver’s license picture, a new record player, fancy shoes, creme brulee, gilato, crepes, phone calls from old friends, a good conversation, a laugh-my-face-off night, a nap, an owl birthday card, a meaningful compliment, and a few I love yous. 

One of my best birthdays to date.
